Where is my data stored, and who can access it?
KloudSync® is a private cloud deployment. Your files, collaboration tools and retention controls stay on infrastructure you control, with no third-party access and no data mining.
Which applications are included?
Every plan comes with files and document editing, video calls, calendar and tasks, an email client, team chat, analytics, two-factor authentication with audit logs, and access to the app store with hundreds of plugins.
How often is my data backed up?
Daily on the 1 TB and 5 TB plans, and hourly on the 10 TB plan.
How many people can use it at once?
The 1 TB plan supports 50 simultaneous connections, 5 TB supports 100 and 10 TB supports 200. File size is unlimited on every plan.
Can you deploy on-premise or a custom private cloud?
Yes. Beyond the published plans, we deploy on-premise or private cloud instances tailored to larger data and compliance requirements.
